| Microcosm's software development staff has a wide
range of experience in flight software development. We have created and
reviewed flight software for both military and commercial missions. As we have
developed flight code systems, we have also built up a library of reusable
routines which provide a well-documented and tested baseline for new
development efforts. In addition, we are able to draw on our experience in
commercial software development, and tailor our development process to the
needs of each program. As a result of this experience, we are able to produce
high-quality flight code in an expeditious, cost-effective manner. For example,
our development of the Microcosm Autonomous Navigation System (MANS) was
accomplished for less than half the cost of an estimate. |
